SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern the Simply IT SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Simply IT you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Simply IT (FLOCALA LLC d/b/a Simply IT) operates an SMS messaging program for customers, prospects, and inquiry submitters who provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages.

The program is used to deliver appointment confirmations, support ticket updates, service-engagement scheduling, follow-up communications related to an inquiry or quote request, billing-related notifications, and occasional service updates about your Simply IT engagement.

This is a transactional and conversational messaging program operated by Simply IT directly. We do not use it for unrelated promotional offers, third-party advertising, or marketing on behalf of other businesses.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Simply IT and the nature of your engagement.

Typical frequency: 1 to 4 messages per month for active customers. Inquiry submitters and prospects typically receive 1 to 5 messages related to their specific inquiry, then no further messages unless an active engagement begins.

Message frequency may increase during an active service engagement, a scheduled project, or in response to support tickets you initiate.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. The cost of SMS messages is determined by your mobile carrier and the rate plan associated with your mobile phone.

Simply IT does not charge a fee to send or receive messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.

If you are unsure about your messaging rates contact your wireless carrier for details before opting in to receive SMS messages.

4. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Simply IT in any of the following ways:

(a) Submitting a contact form, assessment request, or other inquiry form on simplyit.biz where you have checked the SMS consent checkbox indicating that you agree to receive SMS messages.

(b) Texting a designated keyword to the Simply IT phone number when prompted by Simply IT staff (for example "JOIN" or "YES" in response to a service request).

(c) Verbally confirming during a phone conversation with Simply IT staff that you wish to receive SMS communications, with the consent then logged in our system.

Opting in is voluntary and never required to receive a quote, request an assessment, or engage Simply IT for services.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS messages from Simply IT at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive.

Upon receiving your STOP reply we will:

(a) Send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have opted out. (b) Cease all SMS communications to your number. (c) Update our records so you do not receive future SMS messages unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by emailing info@simplyit.biz or calling 352-723-5003 and requesting removal from SMS communications.

Other keywords accepted as opt-out: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)

Reply "HELP" to any SMS message from Simply IT to receive a response with our contact information and a summary of the program.

7. Supported Carriers

Simply IT's SMS program supports messaging to mobile numbers across all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional and prepaid carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and policies. Simply IT does not guarantee delivery of any specific SMS message.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by Simply IT are used solely to operate this SMS program and to communicate with you about your inquiry, engagement, or active service.

Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will NOT be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in data and consent is excluded from any data sharing with third parties for any purpose other than operating this SMS program through Simply IT's communications platform vendors (currently Twilio Inc.), which are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to deliver our messages on our behalf.

9. Eligibility

To receive SMS messages from Simply IT you must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.

By opting in you confirm that the number provided is yours or that you have permission from the account holder to opt in.

This program is offered in the United States. Simply IT does not currently support international SMS messaging.

10. Changes to These Terms

Simply IT may update these SMS Terms periodically to reflect changes in the program, carrier requirements, or applicable law.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Material changes to the program (such as a change in message frequency or program scope) will be communicated by SMS to active opt-in participants where reasonable.
