All cloud services are managed under one provider with monthly reporting and proactive monitoring.

How much does Microsoft 365 management cost?

Simply IT manages Microsoft 365 for $15 per user per month. This includes full deployment and configuration, security hardening, Teams and SharePoint setup, ongoing management, and support for all Microsoft 365 applications. Microsoft licensing is separate — Simply IT can procure licensing on your behalf or manage your existing subscription.

Does Simply IT help nonprofits get discounted Microsoft 365 pricing?

Yes. Simply IT applies for Microsoft nonprofit licensing on behalf of qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations. Microsoft offers deeply discounted Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing to qualifying nonprofits — in many cases 60 to 75 percent less than standard commercial pricing. Simply IT handles the application process and manages the full migration and deployment.

Is cloud backup necessary if we already use Microsoft 365?

Yes. Microsoft 365 includes basic data retention but it is not a comprehensive backup solution. Microsoft's shared responsibility model places the responsibility for data protection on the customer. Simply IT deploys automated backup of all Microsoft 365 data including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive — with point-in-time restoration and monthly restoration testing.
