Specific services, pricing, and terms for your engagement are governed by the Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work executed between Simply IT and your organization.

You may use simplyit.biz for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, transmit spam or unsolicited messages, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the website, or copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.
3. Contact Forms and Inquiries
By submitting a contact form, assessment request, or chat inquiry you consent to being contacted by Simply IT via phone, email, or SMS in response to your inquiry. You represent that any phone number provided is a number at which you may be contacted and that you have the authority to consent to such contact.
4. SMS Terms
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on simplyit.biz you consent to receive SMS messages from Simply IT related to your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Marion County, Florida.
10. Service Agreements
IT services engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed service agreement the signed service agreement controls.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
